This is just a post what is possible with a section or plan from Vectorworks or illustrator to get a simple animated experience. Not a developed tutorial.
When considered useful, can contact me for implementation. The steps can come illustrator or Vectorworks and others, through photoshop to software like adobe animate, aero and others.
The only thing is that the project is organized in layers.
From an illustrator file.
-Organized as well as possible.
-Do an export as to .psd.
-Export it with write layers and at least 300 dpi.

-Open the psd file in photoshop
-organize the layers in catagories.
-create blender filter to your liking, save it and apply to all layers.

-Export layers to files as .png with transparancy
-bring it to a software to animate.
